Dima Sharafeddine El-Husseini - Webcor Group - Group Head of Marketing / International

Dima has been on board as Group Head of Marketing with Webcor, the strategic consultancy, since January 2008. She is also a board member and an active member of the Executive Committee.


Dima is the founder and currently a Board Member of International Logistics Services, SAL, a logistical support company that assists UN, NGO’s and governmental sectors in procuring products and services. ILS has been very active during the 2013 relief and emergency phase for aiding refuges in providing basic necessities like Hygiene kits, water tanks, Food kits, etc.. in both Syria and Lebanon.


Beside Sales, Distribution & Marketing of FMCG’s, Dima developed a remarkable knowledge in “Route to Market” and Micro Distribution. Overlooking Sub-Saharan Africa, Dima directly manages the negotiations with various multinational brands which led to different ventures, acquisitions and partnering.


At Khalil Fattal & Fils, the biggest Lebanese distribution company, Dima went through different Marketing and Management divisions from 2000 until 2007 when she left the group as a General Manager of the Unilever Unit leading a team of 50 employees and reaching a turnover of $28 Million. The major product lines managed during this period were Lipton, Dove, Vaseline and OMO.


Dima holds a Degree in Business Administration and Marketing in addition to an MBA in Finance; She was born and raised in Freetown/Sierra Leone – West Africa – and has traveled around most of the African countries. Dima is a member of the Fortune 500 Most Powerful Women summit.
